Kasangga Kahit Kelan is a film starring Mikee Cojuangco and Cesar Montano. ==Plot== 2 Deep Penetration Agents (DPAs) became victims of fratricide.As a solution as their time is running out.They got their answers on 2 persons in their files.One (Cesar Montano) is a swindler while the other (Mikee Cojuangco) is a burglar and a thief with a reason,to help her father.And they encounter Muerte (Willie Revillame),an amateur thug and pickpocket on separate incidents. The police arrested both of them in their operation.The woman was caught trying to steal on the house of a man.The man was captured walking with his girlfriend.They were offered 2 million each if they accept the mission,they are forced to agree.They trained in CQC,weapons and physical training.As they finished their training,they were inserted in the syndicate that abducts their victims then kill them when the ransom was remitted. They met up with the syndicate member (Kier Legaspi) and joined them.And as usual,Muerte shows up in the zoo.They thrown him on a pit of crocodiles,they make him strip and just leave him naked. The group abducts the Japanese ambassador while they are performing a Mexican musical,while Muerte shows up again."Benjie" appeared in the rendezvous area where the ransom is.They also suspected a rat in the bureau when their operation was almost busted.The secretary was revealed as the rat and the head of the syndicate. As the ransom was delivered,he got the ambassador and later blows his cover when he was just outside of the hideout.He eventually took the ambassador to safety when the police raided the hideout and the syndicate flee in disarray. As they were in the hospital,the syndicates captured them and along with Muerte.They were put in the hideout when they escaped.They fought the syndicate and defeated it.
